DO I NEED INSURANCE?
Yes, you will need proof of insurance, two forms of photo ID and proof of address. We may carry out further checks to verify your identity and ask for industry references prior to your first hire. Your insurance must be with a recognised provider and cover the minimum value set out in your hire agreement. WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We require payment to be made in advance of the hire, and payment can be made via BACS, details provided on the invoice.
WHEN CAN I COLLECT AND RETURN THE EQUIPMENT?
We are usually happy for you to collect the evening prior to your hire date and return the morning after your hire ends, but please confirm this as it is subject to change.
WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?
We are based in Bath, and offer free delivery and collection within 5 miles of Bath, we can deliver to Bristol and the surrounding areas, and have supplied equipment to London, Manchester and Leeds! We do what we can to make it work.
EQUIPMENT
We test all equipment, every cable, and ensure sensors are clean before anything leaves. You will have a spare of every cable and all lenses will be clean and ready to shoot. We expect the equipment to be returned in the same condition and reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee for anything not returned in the same condition it left in.
DAMAGE
It is important for you to check the condition of the equipment on arrival and report any damage not already noted to us immediately. Accidents unfortunately do happen and if any equipment is damaged you must report to the damage to us as soon as possible. We'd rather hear the bad news from yourself than find out when checking the kit back in.
